EZEZEZ play La Nau on Friday 8 January 2027. Doors are at eight in the evening and the show starts at half past. Lume! are promoting it and tickets are sold through Eventim Light; the venue listing does not give a price.
The band are from Bilbao and are made up of Unai Madariaga (vocals, guitar), Mikel Irigoyen (bass), Eneko Ajangiz (guitar) and Álvaro Olaetxea (drums). They started in 2021. The venue files them under post-punk, garage and punk rock, and adds pop, grunge, funk and reggae. On what one of their nights is actually like the listing says nothing: on 11 October 2025 they filled Sala Vol on Carrer de Sancho de Ávila and walked off after a straight hour, without coming back on.
They are touring their fourth studio album, which the La Nau listing calls “Burubero” — the title appears in no other source — and from which only one advance track has been released: “Zaunk”, out in June this year, which pushes the band towards the dance floor and towards a few jazz turns. The La Nau listing presents the record as a twist on their sound. The two previous albums are “Katuzaldia” (2023) and “Kabakriba” (2025), and the venue counts more than two hundred shows touring them.
Of that night at Sala Vol, the Ruta 66 review kept the set list: “Kabakriba” and “Katuzaldia”, and nothing from the first album, the one they sang in English.
La Nau has not said who opens the night.
