Wylde Audio, Zakk Wylde’s guitar brand, has been selling its first acoustic since 6 October: the Grand Auditorium Acoustic in an Ash Burst Satin finish, at 999 dollars. It goes out through select dealers and the Schecter Guitars and Wylde Audio web stores.
The body is a Grand Auditorium, with mahogany back and sides and a thin “C” mahogany neck, a 25.5-inch scale, a 16-inch radius and twenty narrow jumbo frets. The fingerboard is rosewood with pearloid Rune inlays; the bridge is rosewood with a compensated bone saddle; the nut is bone, 44.45 millimetres. It carries Grover tuners, cream and black binding and satin black hardware.
The electronics are the Wylde Audio Pro EQ system, with a built-in tuner and a piezo pickup.
The second, a Pale Moon ebony Grand Auditorium with the Norse Dragon Bullseye on the top, goes on sale in spring 2027. For now all that can be done is sign up to be told when it drops.
