Leprous are at Ghost Ward studios in Stockholm recording their new album, and the drum parts are done. They announced it on their Instagram account, where they say studio updates will come through their Patreon.

Nothing else has been said: no title, no release date, no producer. It will follow “Melodies of Atonement”, which came out on 30 August 2024 via InsideOut Music.

Since 2024 the Norwegian band have released “An Evening of Atonement”, a twenty-one-track live record that came out on 24 October last year, and singer Einar Solberg has put out his second solo album, “Vox Occulta”, on 24 April this year, with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra. A deluxe edition with sixteen tracks arrived in August.
