Gotthard play Sala 2 at Razzmatazz with Rock-Out opening the bill. The promoter gives 6.30pm without saying whether that is doors or stage time; advance tickets are €40 and the door price is €45. Z! Live On Tour promotes it, it’s listed on EclipseGroup’s diary and tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.

This is the band’s 35th-anniversary tour, the “More Stereo Crush Tour 2027”, and their first return to Spanish clubs in a decade. There are four dates: Barcelona on 15 September, Madrid’s La Riviera the next night, Zaragoza Rock Fest on the 18th and Bilbao’s Santana 27 on the 19th. Barcelona is the only Catalan one.

The band from Lugano have not played Barcelona since Rock Fest on 20 June 2022, and the last time they played an indoor room here was Bikini on 26 October 2014. They had played Razzmatazz 2 once before, on 4 December 2007, on a tour that also took them to Madrid, Seville, Gijón and Bilbao.

They arrive with the two records the tour is named for. The most recent album is “Stereo Crush”, from 21 March 2025, twelve tracks; on 13 March this year Reigning Phoenix Music put out its companion EP, “More Stereo Crush” — eight tracks but only five new songs, the rest being a radio edit of “Burning Bridges” and a duet version of “Liverpool” with Krokus singer Marc Storace. On 26 July they premiered “Lugano My Town” and “Bianconeri Alè”, two songs written for FC Lugano, at the city’s AIL Arena. Nic Maeder sings, with Leo Leoni and Freddy Scherer on guitars, Marc Lynn on bass and Flavio Mezzodi on drums. The support are compatriots working the same seam: Rock-Out came together in Sumiswald, in the Emmental, in 2012, and put out a third album, “Let’s Call It Rock’n’Roll”, on Frontiers in 2025. They play all four dates.
