Faith No More announced as a Copenhell 2027 headliner in the Danish festival's own artwork

Copenhell announced on Tuesday that Faith No More and Judas Priest will headline its 2027 edition. The festival runs from 23 to 26 June at Refshaleøen in Copenhagen.

Also announced are Pierce The Veil, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Amon Amarth, I Prevail, Clutch, Motionless In White, Orbit Culture, Static-X, Fu Manchu, GWAR, Watain, Kanonenfieber, Humanity’s Last Breath, The Barbarians Of California, Angel Dust, Haywire, Brutus, Ladrones, Pintglass, Babe Haven, Coilguns, King Yosef, Feral Nature, Bad Breeding, Ondt Blod, Tear Dungeon and Blood Stain. The festival says more names are on the way.

The Copenhell statement runs through why the booking was hard to believe: the shows Faith No More had lined up for 2020 were postponed over the pandemic and cancelled outright in 2021, and in 2024 keyboard player Roddy Bottum said the band had moved to a “semi-permanent pause”. In June 2026 the band logo appeared with “2027” under it, and shortly afterwards bassist Billy Gould confirmed the reunion tour.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 9 October at 10.00 through Ticketmaster.

This is the third European date announced for the return: on 29 September the Mystic Festival in Gdańsk announced them as its first headliner, for 10 to 12 June, and the next day Rock For People in Hradec Králové, for 3 to 5 June. No Spanish date has been announced.
