Four bands at Razzmatazz 3: three Swedish names and Catalonia’s Serapis Project

Eleine, Rexoria, Liv Sin and Serapis Project play Razzmatazz 3 on Thursday 22 October. Doors open at seven in the evening, tickets cost 25 €, and the night is promoted by Madness Live.

The first three names on the bill are Swedish. Eleine play theatrical symphonic metal, fronted by singer Madeleine Liljestam and guitarist Rikard Ekberg, who provides the harsh vocals; they arrive with “We Shall Remain”. Rexoria lean toward a more epic, melodic register, and Liv Sin is the band singer Liv Jagrell put together in 2016, after Sister Sin split up.

Catalonia’s own Serapis Project open the night; this same season they’re also on the bill at Be Prog! My Friend, at the Poble Espanyol. The magazine has followed them for some time.
