Poison Ruïn play Razzmatazz 3 on Monday 2 November. Doors are at eight in the evening and the show starts at half past; advance tickets are €23 plus fees and €25 on the door. Polar and L’Equipe are putting it on, and it is for over-sixteens, or for minors with an adult and a signed authorisation.
The Philadelphia band bring “Hymns From The Hills”, which Relapse released on 3 April. There are thirteen tracks, mixed by Jonah Falco, of Fucked Up and Career Suicide, with Mac Kennedy, who writes and records almost everything the band does, and mastered by Arthur Rizk, who did Power Trip, Cavalera and Integrity. Between the bursts there are ambient interludes: the label’s page cites Scott Walker and The Durutti Column.
This is not their first time here. On 14 November 2025 they played Sala Upload, on a six-date Spanish run behind the EP “Confrere”. This time there are two: Barcelona and, the next day, Moby Dick Club in Madrid; on the 5th they are at Woodstock 69 in Porto and from the 11th they spend eleven days in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The venue’s own description says the live show runs from the most primitive rawness to atmospheric passages.
That night Razzmatazz has two metal shows: in Room 2, in the same building and at the same time, The Browning are playing.
