Electric Valley release “Echo” on 6 November through Small Stone Recordings. It is the fourth full-length by the Madrid trio — Mario García on guitar, Charlie Sánchez on drums and Miky Simón on bass and vocals — and arrives five years after “Tapes From The Galactic Tavern”.

It was recorded live by Javier Ortiz at Estudio Brazil in Madrid. Charlie Sánchez mixed it himself and Chris Gossman mastered it at Baseline Audio Labs in Michigan.

There are seven tracks: “Gata”, “Strange Land”, “The Colony”, “The Asteroid”, “Oceano”, “Ancient Monolith” and “Echo”. The first advance single is “Strange Land”, which already has a video.

The label’s note presents it as the heaviest and most desert-like sound they have made, with atmospheric, psychedelic and tribal passages over the band’s usual base. They come from the “51973” EP, in 2014, and the live record “Live At Stone Giant”, in 2024.
