American guitarist Joe Bonamassa plays Barcelona’s Sant Jordi Club on Saturday 7 November, as part of his 2026 European tour. The show starts at eight in the evening and tickets range from 60 to 150 € depending on the section. The date is run by Mercury Wheels.
He arrives with “Breakthrough”, his 2025 studio album, and with “The Spirit of Rory Live From Cork”, the live record with which he paid tribute to Rory Gallagher in the Irish guitarist’s home city. Live he usually plays with a large band and horn section, mixing his own material with British and American blues repertoire.
Bonamassa debuted at twelve, opening for B.B. King, and passed through Bloodline before starting his own career. He releases through a structure he built himself — label, permanent touring and direct sales — and since 2009 has kept running Black Country Communion alongside it, with Glenn Hughes, his project closest to seventies hard rock.
