Battlesnake will release “Bogpocalypse And The Annihilation Of Lucifer” on 19 February 2027. It runs to eleven songs and follows “Dawn Of The Exultants And The Hunt For The Shepherd”, from 2025.
The Australian band recorded it in Prague over three and a half straight weeks. The announcement came with “Bog Bringer”, the third advance track, after “I Killed Satan” and “Mud Apocalypse”.
“A 90s Goosebumps novel with guns,” is how they describe it.
The running order is “Bog Bringers Triumph”, “Bog Bringer”, “Mud Apocalypse”, “Mud Wife”, “Bog Bringers Theme”, “I Killed Satan”, “Skeleton Grave”, “The Unchurching Of Satan”, “Skull Eater”, “Hell Hounds Rising” and “Planet Doom”.
The Australian tour starts on Friday 12 February in Wollongong and goes on to Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Newcastle. No European dates have been announced, and no label has been named.
