Evil Invaders release “Weaponized Chaos” on 19 February 2027 on Napalm Records. It is the Belgian quartet’s third album and their first since “Feed Me Violence”, which came out on 29 September 2017.

They produce it themselves with Francesco Paoli, the singer and drummer of Fleshgod Apocalypse. Koen Buyse recorded the drums and the band recorded the rest; Koen Keijers mixed it with them and Brad Blackwood mastered it. The sleeve, a mechanical beast on a pile of dead computers, is by Mario Lopez.

There are ten tracks: “The Final Dawn”, “Weaponized Chaos”, “Dreamstate”, “Bloodstains”, “The Wait”, “D.S.S. (Death Strikes Suddenly)”, “Drenched In Disdain”, “Fear”, “Forever By My Side” and “Lucid Dreaming”. The band have previewed “D.S.S.” with a performance video, and in September they had already put out a short version of “Dreamstate”.

“This is our most versatile album to date,” they say, listing “speed and savage Thrash to crushing grooves, catchy melodic Heavy Metal, progressive twists and atmospheric passages”.

Johannes Van Audenhove sings and plays guitar, with Maximilian Maxheim on the other guitar, Joeri Van De Schoot on bass and Senne Jacobs on drums. In February and March 2027 they run the “Triple Thrash Alliance” tour through eight European countries and a British one in March: there are no Spanish dates.
